Jednozna\u010dn\u011b jde hlavn\u011b o d\u016fvod jeho zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed a nejen masa. Pokud bychom se zam\u011b\u0159ili pouze na maso mluv\u00edme o vegetari\u00e1nstv\u00ed. To je k\u00a0osob\u011b, kter\u00e1 se pro n\u011bj rozhodne jednozna\u010dn\u011b m\u00edrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Nav\u00edc si ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee ur\u010dit co u\u017e je pro n\u011bj s\u00a0masem a co bez masa. Ale jde o polovi\u010dat\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed. Prakticky existuj\u00ed dva t\u00e1bory, a to lid\u00ed co maso j\u00ed a t\u011bch co nej\u00ed nic \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9ho.\tJak\u00fd m\u00e1 smysl rozhodnout se nej\u00edst maso kv\u016fli tomu, jak je nehum\u00e1nn\u011b zach\u00e1zeno se zv\u00ed\u0159aty, kdy\u017e j\u00edme vaj\u00ed\u010dka s\u00fdry a jin\u00e9 produkty \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu. To jako kdybychom cht\u011bli chr\u00e1nit jen ur\u010dit\u00fd druh zv\u00ed\u0159ete, co\u017e zn\u00ed pon\u011bkud pokrytecky.\tPokud se v\u0161ak \u010dlov\u011bk rozhodne pro veganstv\u00ed je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee ho \u010dek\u00e1 dlouh\u00e1 a n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 cesta. Dalo by se \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee dne\u0161n\u00ed sv\u011bt nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 p\u0159\u00edv\u011btiv\u011b naklon\u011bn k\u00a0lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed dr\u017e\u00ed n\u011bjakou tu dietu nebo se dokonce rozhodli nej\u00edst nic \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9ho.\tJeliko\u017e najdeme \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti tak\u00e9 v\u00a0j\u00eddle, ve kter\u00e9m bychom to ne\u010dekali budeme se muset mnoha druh\u016f j\u00eddel vzd\u00e1t. Nen\u00ed se v\u0161ak t\u0159eba ob\u00e1vat, \u017ee nebudeme moct j\u00edst nic. Vegansk\u00fd sv\u011bt je pln\u00fdovoce a zelen\u00ed, lu\u0161t\u011bnin, obilovin a hub, kter\u00e9 jsou chutn\u00e9 na p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed zp\u016fsob nebo speci\u00e1ln\u011b upraven\u00e9.\tZe za\u010d\u00e1tku se ov\u0161em budeme muset hodn\u011b hl\u00eddat a \u010dasto kontrolovat etikety a slo\u017een\u00ed, zda dan\u00e9 j\u00eddlo m\u016f\u017eeme nebo ne. Tak\u00e9 mo\u017en\u00e1 budeme muset p\u0159estat chodit do na\u0161\u00ed obl\u00edben\u00e9 restaurace, jeliko\u017e nenab\u00edz\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo vegansk\u00e9 pokrmy.\tMnoho lid\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee tvrdit, \u017ee touto stravou \u0161kod\u00edme sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu a nedostaneme tak do n\u011bj pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 \u017eiviny, kter\u00e9 lze z\u00edskat pouze z\u00a0masa. Je pravda, \u017ee pokud se \u017eiv\u00edme pouze lu\u0161t\u011bnina a zeleninou budou n\u00e1m chyb\u011bt n\u011bkter\u00e9 vitam\u00edny, kter\u00e9 v\u0161ak lze doplnit prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm vitam\u00edn\u016f v\u00a0tabletov\u00e9 form\u011b.\tVeganstv\u00ed je kr\u00e1sn\u00e1 a state\u010dn\u00e1 v\u011bc, kdy\u017e vid\u00edme, jak je zach\u00e1zeno se zv\u00ed\u0159aty a jejich maso je zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1no jak p\u0159i s\u00e9riov\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b.
